Yeah that might be a while.
You need some refining and some direction. Many of your pieces are just Doodles. Try to get something more complete up there.
Also uploading all at once tends to be a bad idea. Take them all down, Select the 4 best and then post those. After that Keep practicing and upload only one or two pieces a week. This will keep you closer to the top of the pile of the unscouted section.
Also getting involved in the community is a good idea to get noticed. Post in the various places around the bbs, get in in to discussions and just be come a more active member.

ahhh...i see!
well i have been posting around here and there, but the style idea in general sounds like a good idea there. Thanks for that idea, think ill give that a try.
